Stitching is pulled and ball won’t pump up fully
"I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the products and the customer service I have received from Gilbert. I purchased two netballs from the Gilbert online store as birthday presents for my daughter and one of her friends. They were a special gift as both girls will be playing for Nottingham Forest U15 next season, so I wanted to buy a trusted brand that I believed would last. When my daughter opened her netball on her birthday, it wouldn’t inflate properly and the stitching already looked as though it was pulling apart. I then checked the second ball, which was still unopened and intended for her friend’s birthday, only to find exactly the same issue. Even before being used, the stitching looked stretched and of poor quality. To make matters worse, I emailed Gilbert about this issue last week and have still not received any response. It’s extremely disappointing to have no acknowledgement of a genuine quality concern, especially when these products were purchased as special birthday gifts. I expected much better from a brand with Gilbert’s reputation. Poor product quality combined with a lack of customer service is unacceptable. I hope someone will finally respond and resolve this issue."
